Ellyn Moscowitz
Ellyn Moscowitz has been involved in the labor movement
for over 30 years, first as a union organizer and then as a lawyer. She
taught Law School for 10 years in the area of Labor and Employment law
and has published extensively in the field. She represents numerous
building and construction trade unions in California and is an
experienced litigator in wage and hour class action lawsuits.

Brian Mikulak
Brian Mikulak has taught for 15 years at the University of San
Francisco School of Law, and represented low-income, battered women and
asbestos victims. He has published a proposal arguing
constitutional grounds for adding socio-economic class as a category
for affirmative action in higher education, and writes trial court and
appellate briefs in wage and hour class action lawsuits.

Matthew Kleckner Matthew Kleckner is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law, he is licensed to practice law in both California and Ohio. He
also studied law at Oxford University in England, including time spent on
international comparative labor law. His father is a union-side labor lawyer in
Cleveland, Ohio, and Matthew is proud to be following in his father’s footsteps. He is based in Oakland.

Maria Cristina Molteni
Maria Cristina Molteni was born and educated in Argentina. She has a J.D. from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina and a LL.M. in Labor and Employment Law from the Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. She is a S.J.D. candidate in International Legal Studies at Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to coming to California, Cristina was a law professor of Labor and Employment Law in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and a law clerk in the National Labor Court of Appeals in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She has worked for the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic, the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center as well as Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein. She is an active member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association, State Bar of California and Hispanic National Bar Association. She is based in Oakland.

Adam Luetto
Adam Luetto graduated cum laude from Chapman University School of Law in 2008 with his J.D. and a Masters in Business Administration. As a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, he earned distinction as member of a semi-finalist team at the 16th Annual Duberstein National Moot Court Competition in New York and won an award in the same competition for Outstanding Brief. He also earned five CALI awards while at Chapman. Adam has a B.A. in English from UC Santa Barbara. He has previously served as a delegate to the Central Committee for the Democratic Party of Orange County and has been a delegate to the California Democratic Party State Convention. He continues to be involved in local politics in the LA area and volunteers his time at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County.

Ken Lau Ken Lau received his B.A. in Rhetoric from University of California, Berkeley in 2005. He also earned his law degree from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2008. During law school, he clerked for the National Senior Citizens Law Center (NSCLC), the County Counsel of Santa Clara, and University of California's Office of the General Counsel. Ken speaks Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese fluently and is a member of the California Bar.

Erika Gurrola, Esq. Erika Gurrola received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2009, having graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2006, earning a B.A. in psychology and sociology. While at Notre Dame, she interned at Indiana Legal Services and was an Americorps Intern at El Centrito de la Colonia, providing social services to the families of day laborers in Oxnard, CA. In law school, Erika served as an extern to the Honorable Raul Sahagun of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and to the Honorable Robert Takasugi of the United States District Court for the Central District. She also clerked for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles in the consumer unit. Erika is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Mexican American Bar Association and Latina Lawyers Bar Association. She works in the Pasadena office.

Jennifer Lai
Jennifer Lai graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. with honors in History and Political Science. After college, Jennifer worked on union organizing drives among health care, garment, retail, and warehouse workers as a labor organizer with the Service Employees International Union, UNITE, and the Laborers’ International Union of North America. Jennifer then received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. Her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex litigations and class actions. Previously, Jennifer was an associate at Morrison & Foerster, LLP and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, LLP. She also worked extensively on labor and civil rights issues in New Orleans, serving as a staff attorney with the Advancement Project and the National Immigration Law Center and as a research associate and organizer with the Campaign for Quality Public Education as Civil Right, an education reform initiative of the Algebra Project. Jennifer is currently an adjunct lecturer at the UC Berkeley Center for Labor Research and Education (Labor Center). She is based in the Oakland office.
