Ellyn Moscowitz has over 30 years of experience fighting for working people, from her days as a union organizer with AFSCME Local 1695 to the present day representing unions and workers as an attorney. Ms. Moscowitz has represented dozens of different unions in collective bargaining, organizing, litigation and other union advice. She also represents non-union workers who have been cheated out of their wages:

Failure to pay overtime;
Failure to pay for all hours worked;
Failure to pay correct prevailing wages;
Failure to follow apprenticeship laws;
Failure to provide meal and rest periods;

Most of these cases are filed as class actions, Unfair Competition lawsuits, and she has won millions of dollars in back pay for thousands of workers in California.
